Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tech Answers Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

We use localStorage in your browser to store authentication tokens, rather than cookies. This allows us to authenticate you when you return to our site. Your personal data is stored on our secure servers located within the European Union in compliance with GDPR requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
